How to access shipping label
I cannot access my shipping label to print. I also cannot create a QR code. I do have the tracking number. Can I take the tracking number to the post office and have them print the label? I have attempted all of the suggestions in the help area but have not achieved needed results. Thank you.

OP1 year agoI was able to access the label, but my other issue is that the pkg is larger and will cost more in shipping, more than what the buyer paid. I’m happy to cover the difference. If I ship with current label can I pay difference at post office? Thanks for your help.

Mentor1 year agoMost likely the post office will not allow you to add postage. The label you get from eBay is discounted and the post office would charge you the retail shipping charge. You can void the label (it takes three weeks to get a refund) and then either purchase a new label from eBay or purchase one from the post office. If you do this make sure to change the tracking number already entered so eBay has the current tracking number.
