Mentor1 year agoIf the buyer has already purchased the item, click the down-arrow, and then click CONTACT BUYER and address the buyer's question that way.
If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
