How to access a reurn shipping label or speak to a REAL PERSON on Ebay

@ Members , I'm trying to do a return, the seller told Ebay they sent a retun label, then I went to the page where it may Have been but it said Error, Then the seller sent his address typed.. this is not cool I Have never had so trouble retuning an Item .. Tried to reach Ebay they're only bots, does anyone know how to access a return shipping label

If you filed a returns request through ebay, and the seller accepted it, ebay sends you a link to print the return shipping label.
