How to Remove A “Payment On Hold” when I can’t locate the Email from 2022? Any Advice? Customer Service Wlll Never Resend it idk why?

I don’t know but they want a ton of information scanned to an Email. Does EBay Discriminate sometimes?

Why do you need an email from 2022? It would be nearly impossible for the eBay servers to retain all eBay messages going back four years.

I'm curious how that would involve discrimination?

eBay's payment hold is placed on all new or returning after a 1 year absence from selling first payments. They will also apply the hold if a seller suddenly switches from selling inexpensive items to listing a very expensive one.

To get the hold lifted a seller has to be active for 90 days, sell at least 25 items and/or $250 worth of items without problems.

If you list items with a shipping cost, that amount is available from the held funds to ship the item printing your labels from ebay. The rest of the funds will be available after there is a delivered scan but not right away. The hold lasts from 21-30 days depending on the item, and its cost. Receiving a positive feedback for the sale may help with an earlier release.
