How the heck do you talk to ebay

Mentor10 months ago@mykellybelle I am so sorry that happened. The seller should go to the sold listing and select cancel sale as out of stock if they are refusing to go through with the sale. This will start the refund process.
IF the seller doesn't refund you now then you will have to wait until ONE day after the last estimated delivery date and file a not received refund request. If the seller does not refund you then you Ask eBay to step in on the 4th Business day.
I also recommend reporting the seller using this form>

Then say in the box that the seller refused to complete the sale because they were not happy with the auction sale price.
