how the **bleep** do you contact a HUMAN and get past the ai scambot?
ebay used to at least pretend to provide customer service, but now its just an exercise in futility to try to get to a human.

2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)

OP5 months agoUnfortunately that solution doesn't work. It never goes to a human, except for the one time when I threatened to cancel my account, then I had an annoying interaction with what claimed to be a human, but was as useless as the bot..
