The seller is required to ship to the address the buyer provided at the time of their payment.
Has the item been shipped already? If not, you can contact the seller and ask them to cancel the transaction so you can re-purchase it using the correct shipping address during the checkout process when paying for the item.
Also, be sure to correct your shipping address in your Ebay account:
https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses
Add the new shipping address, and then delete the incorrect one.
