How should I cancel this order that never shipped?
I bought an item on 12/22. But day before I did asked a question about the item, but seller never replied. But I decided to get the item since I realized it was the right version, but I never told that to the seller. But its now the 12/26 and I already contacted the seller that I would like to cancel my order since I'm gonna buy from someone else. Since the other item is in better condition. But I still never got a response from seller for my question. Which makes me think was it even worth contacting the seller to cancel if they're already not responsive?Because what if they'll never reply then. Ebay wouldn't allow me to hit cancel order so I contacted seller as told. So I dont know how many days I should wait for a response since I really would like my money back since I used a gift card for it. I don't know how to handle this issue. Note: The status is still on "Paid" for the order and its been that way.

OP2 years agoAnd to clarify. When I mean by seller never responded back to my question. I mean by my first question I asked on the 12/21.
