How resolve shipping payment issue?
My listing clearly stated buyer would pay for shipping. When I opened my listing apparently the option to Print Label was for Seller to pay which I did not realize. I had a challenge printing it, and in the meantime, I believe the Buyer also paid for a label which I thought I was then printing. However, it appears though the label that printed and I used was the original Seller. Paid label. How can I fix this do I'm credited for shipping that Buyer was supposed to pay for?

The buyer pays you for the shipping in your listing, then you buy the label. The shipping paid by the buyer is part of the payment in your payment account, and will be paid out to you when your payment is released.
You can select 'pending funds' as your funding source when you buy your label in eBay - scroll down to how to pay before buying the label.

OP2 years agoThank you for response. I did not see or missed the "pending funds" option when printing the label. My account shows what I should be receiving (amount on hold) but also shows a Shipping Expense of "($30)" showing this shipping expense was/is being subtracted from my Funds Available.

You can't change the label you already purchased, but watch for this option on your next sale - scroll down past the shipping options and you will see 'how to pay'.
