how report a seller issue
how to report a seller that message me asking for money, he sell an sewing machine cheap, I paid, then he message me asking to release some money because he say ebay holds the payment, so he want that I release the payment right away becase he need the money as soon as possible. he send me an tracking number but that tracking do not have any movement, the usps still awaiting for the package. what I can do wit that? help me please.

Do NOT give the seller any more money that what you have already paid.
Wait for your item to arrive.
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
