How refunds are issued?
Hello all, has anybody ran into the problem of having to delete a card because your bank account was hacked and getting a refund with the card that you used if the card is no longer available? I literally just sent some pants back and they’re gonna refund the card that was used to pay for the item, but that card is no longer in existence. Any help would be great. Thank you. I contact the seller with the same question and I have not heard back yet.
