    How on earth can you reach a live person?
                     

    Ebay has screwed up our cancelled order so completely we have no way to fix it and neither can the seller.  There is not one "help" area that applies and every time I try to search for a human contact, it sends me round and round without ever getting to an actual solution.  How do I speak with a human?

    How is the canceled order screwed up?

    If the seller agrees to cancel, all they have to do is cancel the order and refund.
