Having a tag without a serial number is normal for many Dooney & Bourke bags, especially older or certain styles, so that alone doesn’t determine value.
To figure out what it’s worth, check sold prices here:
https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html
Search using brand, style (if known), color and material, then turn ON “Sold Items” and “Completed Items”.
Compare similar listings based on condition and included extras like tags or dust bag.
