How much longer
Bought a pair of shoes April 5th. Seller didn't ship out until the 10th. Today is the 14th I have no tracking number, ebay's automated system has absolutely no help, why has it taken so long to 1. Ship and 2. Why hasn't there been a tracking number provided. Feel like I'm being scammed

Sellers are not required to provide a tracking number.
Just wait for the item to arrive according to the estimated date of delivery which you can find in the Order Details in your Purchase History.

Mentor1 year agoGo to your purchase history. What is the estimated delivery date? This date is calculated by distance and the date it was to be shipped. If the date has not yet passed, you need to just wait. If the date has passed, you can open a case of item not received. Once you do, the seller has 3 business days to prove delivery with tracking. If not, they are required to refund. If they do not, return to the case on the 4th business day and ask eBay to step in. Keep an eye on the dates and don't let the case time out.
