For rolled labels use a 1"I.D. core. Number of labels per roll depends on the length of the label to make up a 3" O.D. roll. For 4"x6" labels the standard 1" core roll is 220-250 labels per roll.
Note that this printer can also handle fan-fold, so no limit to that. You can buy label stacks with thousands of labels.
Thanks for your time. I ACTUALLY called the company and spoke with customer service and they had NO IDEA how many or what kind of labels the printer uses. You WOULD think they would have that in their listing on ebay or at LEAST on their own website where the printer is also listed. They said they would get back to me. I own 4 thermal printers and with EACH purchase I knew the label information from the listing. I probably should look elsewhere to purchase my next thermal label printer.
