How Many Days to ship?

Hello, Basic question here. How many days does a seller have to get an item in the mail? I paid on the day i purchased the item (right away). Tmrw will be one week and the seller still has not got my item in the mail yet. They provided tracking the day after the purchase, then nothing. After 5 days i asked what the deal was, the guy told me he was busy working. Not cool as this is an expensive item (but very ez to ship). I would really like my money back at this point as i dont have any faith that this person will ship anytime soon or at all.

Sellers need to make sure the item arrives to the buyer by/on the estimated date of delivery regardless of shipping date.

What is the estimated date of delivery as shown in the order details in your Purchase History? Has that date passed yet?

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select “More actions” beside your item and then “I didn't receive it.”
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select “Ask eBay to step in.”
