If you estimated delivery date has passed, utilize the 30 day money back guarantee as shown to you in the first response. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery with a tracking number. If not, ask eBay to step in on the 4th day. They will force a refund from the seller. You are protected, so no need to worry. Just don't let more than 30 days go by.
Thank you for your response. I appreciate it. I plan on waiting for the estimated delivery date to pass ( which is 4 more days) before I file any claim. It just seems that the estimated delivery is way too long for priority; not to mention if I do get the item the day of estimated date, that still seems unfair to me because I don’t think priority shouldn’t take more than 9 days. Why was I charged priority if seller isn’t even going to ship it priority? Even if he overnighted it now, it’s still seems too late. All I can do is wait to hear back from seller and hope it shows up tomorrow, which I’m sure it won’t. I don’t know if eBay would rule in my favor or not if he took longer than 1 day to ship it out. Will eBay dismiss a claim if I get before expected date, but seller took too longer to ship than what was stated in their original listing? I should at the minimum get some of my shipping costs due to the delay I would hope. Thanks again for your input.
When the latest estimated delivery date has passed, you have maximum 30 days to report the item you didn't receive. Three business days later, you can ask eBay to step in, if it’s still not solved.
Thank you for your response. I sent the seller a message to see if they respond. Perhaps the tracking is wrong or not updated. His listing says usually ships within 1 day of payment. I paid extra for priority shipping. My fear is that only the label has been created. If I wait another week to get the item, that doesn’t seem fair because I paid extra to have it sent right away. Plus why does the estimated shipping time allow for 12 days shipping time? That doesn’t sound like priority to me. Do I have any recourse if I paid priority, but don’t get it for 2 weeks? If I I get the item say 10 days late, do I get any recourse since the item arrived before estimated delivery date, even though they sent it super late? Way past the 1 day handling time listed in original listing??
They are in Georgia, and I am in Illinois. I purchased on the 22nd, so should have shipped on the 23rd, according to the handling time. It is now going to be the 28th and according to the tracking, only a label has been made. It’s odd to me because I bought another item after this one, and I got it today from California. This true about leaving feedback. I rarely ever leave negative feedback. Thanks for getting back to me. I appreciate any input I can get since this scenario never happened to me before.

Mentor2 years agoLook at your purchase history and then look at the item. What is the seller's handling time?

Maybe they did ship without letting you know.

·2 years agoI cannot check the listing and don't know where the seller is located.
Your last move is leaving feedback. Sellers know that.

OP2 years agoI definitely agree! I think they created the label and then was sitting on it for 5 days before shipping it out even.
Thanks again for taking the time to respond to me.
