How long should it take to receive a refund?

It depends on what the refund is for. If you voided a USPS shipping label, the refund takes around 21 days and will appear as a credit in the source you used to pay for the label.
If this was for something you purchased, the refund should appear as at least "processing" in your Payments fairly quickly. Once it becomes "available funds", it will depend on when you have your payouts set up (daily, weekly, etc.)
