-On Unpaid items you only have to wait 4 days and on day 5 use the drop-down menu on the left side of the item in your Awaiting payment file and click the Cancel function. The next page will have 4 reasons to choose from, click the Buyer hasn't paid choice.
On the next page make sure you decide if you want to Relist immediately or not, I have auctions End on specific days so I do NOT use the Relist for free choice because eBay Relists it right away which means the auction will not end when you want it too.
The Buyer will get one Unpaid item strike on their account, if they get 2 they will not be able to bid or buy much until one of those strikes rolls off their account in 12 months.
Open the listing up and click on the Bid number. The Bid history will open and the Second chance offer (if available - green arrow on the screenshot below) will be shown on the right-hand side of the page. Click that and on the next page type a message to the potential buyer then use the drop-down menu to select the number of days you want the offer to be good for.
And lastly, depending on which Leave feedback method you use that transaction will be on the list for 90 days (I know, I've timed it). I have asked eBay to change this so that a Buyer who does NOT deserve Feedback doesn't accidentally get some (again, I know, this happened once). Sadly, it has been almost 2 years and eBay has not seen fit to change this so after about a week I now leave a Positive FB with a sale plug on my store and listing ... example below LOL.
Another EXCELLENT eBay Listing by A Variety Shop!!! Listings are very detailed and comprehensive with a full spread of pictures, accurate Condition and Description! This Seller ships fast AND packs securely!!!
