How long should I wait for a Seller’s response?
I received the wrong item from a Seller and used *Contact the Seller* page to bring it to their attention. I haven’t heard back anything yet. How long is it customary to wait for a response from a Seller? Thanks for any information.

Mentor3 years agoOne full business day, then file an Item Not As Described dispute. Do not close or let it expire without resolution.
