How long it takes authentication snekwers

Question

So my pair that I sold arrived this past Wednesday night to the Las Vegas center & itâ€™s Monday as we speak and still no authentication has being done yet, I mean do they work on weekends? Very frustrating as first time using there platform. Trying get contact C.service # to and try find answers and nothing

@jonara-84 It can take about 7 business days for the sneakers to be authenticated, during the holidays it was taking weeks. Calling customer service won't help as they have no way to contact the Authenticity centers.
