You are a low activity Seller having sold 2 items in the last 90 days and a total of just over 200 items over the history of this account. eBay will place your funds on hold for 30 days because of that type of activity level (but once sales increase at some point the holds will be lifted): eBay standard envelope | eBay
Once funds become Available then they will be distributed to your bank on the next Payout cycle your are on, Daily, Weekly, etc. You can monitor that as well as change your Payout frequency on this page: Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay
If eBay is not holding your funds and they show as Available then they will be sent on the next Payout frequency you have set on your account. We have no account access here just so you know.
