After 4 days of non-payment have passed, the seller can cancel the transaction due to non-payment.

Respectfully, there is no "unpaid item case" for sellers to file.

The only way the non-paying buyer gets reported is if the seller cancels the transaction after 4 days of non-payment and specifies "buyer didn't pay".

fyi sellers can set BIN payments as 'immediate payment due'
