You would need to ask the Seller.
eBay does not sell anything: they are only the marketplace.
Did you already pay for this item? If so, if it doesn't arrive by the estimated delivery date, you can open a refund request on eBay.
Did the Seller ask you to cancel the order because the item is out of stock? That is wrong. Do not agree to that.
