How long does it take to get my refund for a duplicate shipping label?

I printed a label and decided the item may be a bit too heavy so I added a pound and reprinted another shipping label. I already requested a refund for the first one I printed that I didn't use, but will I be refunded? If so, how long does that usually take?

USPS label refunds usually take about 3 weeks. They need to make sure it has not been used before they will refund.
