How long does it take for a refund from ebay
An order was cancelled by a seller and eBay issued a refund but I haven’t gotten it from January 1st
but it says 3-5 business days I usually gotten a refund immediately or the day after anyone think this is unusual or a problem? And how can I deal with this?

A refund needs to be processed by both eBay and the buyer’s payment source.
eBay says it processes refunds on their end within 48 hours … so I would check with your payment source first to see if a refund is pending.

OP2 years agoThis is not the first time I have been issued a refund, its always below a $100 and it’s always within 48 hours, now it’s over a hundred dollars and it has now been over 5 days..
need to kno how to contact eBay on this..

because the bank has no money on hold
