    How long does it take eBay to issue refunds?
                     

    I made a purchase in June.  The item never arrived.  I tried to contact the seller, but the seller has never responded.  I have asked eBay to step in on July 26.  That was two weeks ago today.  I'm just wondering how long it takes for eBay to issue refunds now?  I cannot find a way to contact eBay by phone.  Thank you for your help!
