How long does it normally take for a seller to respond to a buyers email?
I made a request to a seller regarding my purchase via ebay email 2 days ago with no response. Do I continue to wait for a response? What do I do next?

OP7 months agoI bought brand New Samsung Galaxy earbuds. After fully charging them and after 1 hour of wearing them the right earbud started saying 'low battery' then eventually shut itself off. The next day, overnight, I fully charged the earbuds again and once again after an hour or so the right earbud said 'low battery' then shut itself off. On my phone, it only shows the case at 100% but does not show battery indicator for either the left or right earbud. I emailed the seller explaining sll this and asked if I could have either a replacement or a refund. Still waiting for a response.

Mentor7 months agoIf you are within thirty days of receiving that item, you should be able to use eBay's money back guarantee to return them at the seller's expense for a full refund.

It depends. Sellers are not required to respond to messages or emails, though many will do so as a matter of good customer service.
