How long does it generally take for Ebay to make decision on a dispute?
Buyer purchased a pair of Jeggings from me. Filed a NAD which was 100% not true. i accepted the return and sent the buyer the ebay label. We discussed that the buyer would pay shipping both ways as item was as described. Jeggings are like Leggings and a thinner material than regular pants, which was her complaint, that they were thinner than expected. Item showed as shipped, and within 2 hours as delivered. They were delivered back to her house. So i get an ebay notice to pay her, but i dont have my item back.
I filed the dispute to get ebay involved as i didnt have my item and did not want them to just take my funds and give them to her without my item back. This was 5 days ago, and I am still waiting on ebays decision. How long do they usually take? I was hoping for a resolve by now.
And now she has left me neutral feedback. Ugh...I am so over this buyer.

Sometimes a carrier will accidentally scan a an item they picked up with their scanner set on Delivered. Usually once a package scanned that way will get a scans once they reach a P.O. or distribution center. Check the tracking number to see if it already has one.
