How long does it for ebay to stop withholding money for order for new sellers

I am a new seller on ebay, I have been actively selling for over 3 months and I have fulfilled a number of orders successfully, but ebay still holds my order money each time there is an order in my store. I want to know when ebay will stop putting my order money on hold and start releasing my order money each time I have new orders. Thanks

There is no absolute rule. It used to be 3 months or selling about 25 items, but there are no amounts or time frames in the description of payment holds now.
