How long does Byron have to accept or reject a partial refund and keep the product?

The buyer requested a return of the product because of damage packaging. Before issuing a refund, I offered them a partial refund and they could keep the product. Itâ€™s been weeks and they have not accepted or rejected it. I cannot find any eBay guidelines that indicate the buyer has a time limit to accept or reject. Do any sellers out there know?

There's no specific deadline defined for accepting a partial refund - the policy only says eBay may close the request if the buyer doesn't take action. The times I have seen buyers complain about the closure, it was about 20 days.
