How long does an "immediate refund" take when the seller cancels an order?
On Dec. 16, I received an email from a seller of RXBARs ,telling me of an accident their staff had been in, that they were unable to fulfill the order of Dec. 6, 2022, and that I would immediately be sent a refund of the $41.04 that I had sent them.
It's Dec. 29 and I’ve seen nothing in my credit card account for this amount. When can I expect to see this refund?

·3 years agoAre you sure the seller canceled the order? You should have received a message from eBay telling you that had happened. Check your purchase history and see if you can request a refund through eBay. You would use the reason that the item has not been delivered. You can also contact eBay to check on the status.

OP3 years agoVia the Chat, eBay started a refund. I'm to wait until Jan. 6 to see if the refund was done. If not, I'm to recontact eBay. Thank you for directing me to this point. When I get more info, then I can take the next step.
