How long does a seller have to send the item to the purchaser?

I purchased an item, how long does the seller have to send the item out to me. A week or 2 or what?

When a seller creates a listing s/he can specify a handling tiome from same day to up to 30 days. You need to look at the estimated delivery date in your Purchase history. When it is past that date, you can file an Item Not Received case. The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing the item is DELIVERED, or refund you payment. If the seller does neither, on day 4, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
