How long does a buying have?
My return policy is I don't accept returns. Unless the item is not as described. However, an out of my ship arrived damaged. I provided a return shipping label. Ebay said they had so long to return it. I thought it was the seventh, and they shipped it on the eighth. How long from the date I give them the shipping label? Do they have to return it?

-What date did the Buyer file the return request?
-What date did you issue the return label?
-You should seriously consider changing your Return policy away from eBay's DEFAULT No return policy. It sends the wrong message to sellers, many think they are immune from returns when the opposite is true and for inexpereinced Buyers they may see that No return policy on your listings and pass you by for someone else.

Mentor1 month agoIf buyer opened a Return Request and you had ebay issue the return label, ebay sets the time limit for the buyer to have an acceptance scan for the return. This should be shown to you and the buyer are the time the label was created go back and look at the return details.
