how long do you have to wait?
what if your item hasn't shipped in a reasonable amount of time? or how long does a seller have before they ship your item?

eBay requires sellers to ship within their handling time. They are not required to ship using a service with a tracking number, but it is highly recommended they do.
The important date for a buyer is the estimated delivery date on your order. If you do not receive your item on or before the last date you can open an item not received refund the following day.
You have 30 days from that date to open the case.
