-Your CAPS Lock key is on
-eBay returns: 30 days from the confirmed delivery date - file a Not as described claim, does not match pictures or description
-PayPal allows returns up to 180 days from the date of purchase but you will have to pay the return shipping
-Credit card companies allow charge backs in certain situations for a period of time that may vary from card to card.
