I Don't if I been scammed. I bought a ditigial camera. seller not communicating back its been over a week. message a few times. and he says nothing. I try to cancel the order says 3 business days. its been that long. he hasn't even shipped the item

You do not contact customer service as this is handled through your purchase history. Find the item on your purchase history and check the last estimated delivery date for the item. Once this date has passed by at least one full day (but not more than 30 days) you can open an "Item not received" case. The seller has three days to prove with tracking that the item has been delivered or is still moving through the shippers system. If they cannot do this within that time you go back to the case and ask eBay to step in (ask us to step in). eBay will then force a refund from the seller.
