How long do I wait for my item to be returned

It's been 5 days since I refunded buyer and sent a return label and asked them to let me know when my item was on it's way but I haven't heard anything back. How long do I wait to ask ebay for help on this matter and where do I go to ask ebay for help?

If you refunded before the item was returned to you, the buyer has no incentive or obligation to return it. The correct course of action is to refund AFTER you receive the item back. eBay will not be able to help you with this.

Hopefully the buyer will return the item, but if he doesn't, you'll have to consider it a lesson learned.
