A seller is allowed to choose 24 hours to 30 days handling time.
The listing shows an ‘estimated delivery date’. We can request a refund on the day after the EDD has passed. [Check the EDD in your Order Details, as the one in the listing will keep changing.]

·3 years agoIt depends on their handling time, which can be anywhere from same day shipping to 30 days.
What is the estimated delivery date?
If you don't have it by that date, the next day, open an item not received case.
