How long before case resolution?
A seller didn't send my item and is now inactive. I opened a case on August 15, but haven't received an answer from eBay despite the "You can expect an update from us within the next 48 hours".
How long can it take for eBay to resolve this simple case, and is there a way to nudge them?

Mentor2 weeks agoHave you gone back to the case and clicked the option to Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund?
