How long before a FedEx shipping refund is processed thru eBay?
FedEx lost an item that I sold. I made a claim with FedEx, which quickly refunded me for the value of the item, but FedEx said the shipping fee will be refunded to my eBay account through eBay. It has been several weeks, and I'm still waiting for the refund of the FedEx shipping cost. How long does this usually take?
