Mentor1 year agoSellers can set their handling time from one day to 30 days. Each seller will be different. As a buyer the date you should pay attention to is the estimated delivery date. This date takes into account the sellers handling time and the shipping carriers usual delivery time for the class of shipping used.
You can open an "Item not received" case once the estimated delivery time shown in your purchase history for the item has passed by at least one full day up to 30 days. You cannot open the case before this time.
