How long after a paid purchase is the seller supposed to ship an item ?
Is there a certain amount of time/days they hv once they received payment? My seller is not communicating with me and payment was sent

Mentor2 years agoEach seller sets his own handling time, but most ship within 3 days of your purchase. Click on your item, then go to the shipping tab to see if it mentions an extended handling time.
It is possible that he has shipped and just hasn’t entered tracking info, although that is not in his best interest. You need to wait until the item is late before you can request a refund.
After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
