How is this okay?

Question

Why is eBay not paying people to offer real support? Why am I having to ask a group of eBay users on how to get a hold of the company that designed this site? Does that not seem lazy and money grubbing to work off the back of your customers opposed to them offering them a service that allows us to actually contact the company?

On many ebay screens, there is a link to "Tell us what you think". Have you used any of them to tell ebay what you think about the design or options on that screen?
