how is this happening?
hello,
I have put buying restrictions on my items I have listed for sale. for example: i do not ship international currently and i have my items set for sale only to ebayers with 10 or higher feedback due to constant scam attempts. How is accounts from china bypassing my settings and making offers on my items anyways? I dont want this constant scammer harrassment and thought i had settings in place to prevent them from making offers etc

OP3 years agoOk.. thanks ken.. not sure what the point is then to have restrictions if it doesnt block specified buyers. Thanks for educating me. C

·3 years agoYou can put buyers on your blocked buyers list, but blocking them due to low feedback, it's not possible.
Now, there is a setting where you can block them from buying again within a certain amount of days.
A lot of seller get that confused with blocking low feedback buyers,

·3 years agoThere is no setting to block buyers with less then 10 feedback from bidding/buying..
Some International buyers will use freight forwarders located in the US, so there is no International shipping on your side.
