HOW is this allowed?
I have very high threshold for leaving negative feedback. If I give negative feedback, it is NEVER for common issues, innocent mistakes, or misunderstandings but rather for uncommonly shady if not prohibited conduct on the part of the other party. How is it that a seller can get negative feedback removed after:
- Ebay investigated a fraudulent complaint and found it to be without merit, the seller is the one who acted in bad faith, did not ship what was advertised, was required to refund
I KNOW the difference between making an unsupported accusation and making a factual one. I can back up EVERY word of my feedback, with evidence. What is the feedback for if we cannot WARN other users about a bad actor on Ebay? How is it Ebay does not get MY CONSENT to remove my feedback or notify me the seller is requesting removal of a feedback so that I can provide full evidence for factual information stated in the feedback?
