How is a case resolved
The seller has not refunded my return and since I complained to eBay they “opened a caseâ€. Now the seller says they can’t refund me, even though they received my return, because of this. How does this get resolved?

Why can't the seller refund you?
If you filed a Return Request and the seller has received the returned item, you can go back to your Return Request details and ask Ebay to step in to help you.
