How is a buyer able to delay payment for so long?
I have my listings set up where you must enter payment information before bidding and where, in theory, that payment is then charged upon completion of the auction. However, I have now had an auction end on 11 Mar where the buyer did not pay. It says on my alerts:
Autopay at Mar 18 7:00pm PDT
The buyer wants to shop more, but they may check out early.
How in the world is this possible and why is my settings being totally ignored where I have to now wait 7 days after the auction ends for payment when I have it where they must pay immediately?
