How in the world do I get in touch with someone at Feebay?
I have several eBay envelope items that buyers say they haven’t received. I’ve refunded a couple, now I can’t submit a claim now that they show delivered. It’s one big loop they send you on; and when you call the number, it’s for fraud only and won’t let you continue. I’m sick of this **bleep**. I’m about to end all my listings and go somewhere else.

Contacting eBay customer service is not going to help with this.
The problem is how the eBay Standard Envelope system works. My fellow Mentor explained it best in this post> https://community.ebay.com/t5/Ask-a-Mentor/Standard-envelope-shipping/m-p/34239169#M598479
I would be putting a note on the listings that use eBay Standard Envelope and let the buyers know that it's not true tracking. Buyers are not aware of this unless you inform them and they get antsy when the item is slow to arrive.
This is an expert from the post I linked>
"There will be no acceptance scan and no delivery scan, as local clerks can not read eBay's code. Only major USPS sorting hubs have the equipment to read eBay's proprietary scan code. In some cases the letter may never get scanned if it doesn't pass through a hub capable of scanning eBay's ESUS code. And it certainly won't get scanned if it jams the sorting equipment and gets kicked out. ( you can help with not having the item not get kicked out by following Shipscripts advice on packing)
At the delivery end, the last major hub may estimate and issue "delivered" when the item is still hours or days away from the destination, while the item leaves the hub and enters the normal mailstream through smaller distribution centers where it can't be scanned."
You can contact CS if you wish, but like I said it's not going to change how the eBay Standard Envelope works>
Here's how to contact eBay customer service:
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.
1. CLICK THIS LINK: https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4191&st=10
2. Click Automated chat on the left hand side of the screen. ( Trust me)
3. Type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the correct department. If the bot asks another question after you answered type AGENT again. Then you will see the option to request a call back or live chat.
If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
4. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
