How in the world do i get in touch with a real human on ebay.
A buyer asked to return an item and receive a refund. I issued the refund and told her to keep the item. Ebay wanted to charge me 15 dollars for a return label. The item only cost 14.99 so if I'm going to pay for it to be shipped back for 15 I may as well let her keep it. Ebay sent a message that if I do not provide a shipping label they will send the customer the return label and charge me 15 dollars for it.

The buyer's Return Request should have been closed when you refunded the buyer so you should not be receiving notices regarding the return shipping label.
